ORDERING INFOMATION

For Preorder Model Cars:

We have a large range of preorder model cars listed on this website and it's not uncommon for these items to take anywhere from 8mth - 18mth+ to be release from suppliers

SHIPPING INFOMATION

  • international shipping is available: NZ is a pre set price, all other country will need to be quoted
  • shipping pricing is preset price per state in autralia
  • our delivery services

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING TIME
  • all orders, with available stock, are professionally packed and sent out within 2 days of orders placed
  • australian delivery times are general between 1-14 days*
  • international ship times are general 7-21 days*
  • *with covid pandamic these times maybe extended due goverment regulations 

REFUNDS / RETURNS

  • we will make every effort with the customer help solve any issues
  • all model problem issues will assesed by shop owner only with customer on a case by case basis
  • No refund will issued for change of mind or for not liking the quality of the model(new release models)
  • damaged/not quite right models can be exchanged only if available to do so
  • no responsibility taken for models damaged in frieght/postal transport 
  • incorrect items deliveried, will be arrange for return, and correct item will sent out
